FullPipeline.ai provides a revenue automation and pipeline intelligence platform, including AI-generated sequences, lead qualification workflows, campaign management, and sales analytics. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using FullPipeline.ai on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@fullpipeline.ai of any unauthorized use of your account. FullPipeline.ai is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
FullPipeline.ai provides automation tools designed to assist sales and marketing operations. AI-generated content, sequences, and recommendations are provided as operational suggestions and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking accountability for any automated actions executed through the platform on your behalf. Results are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control.
You agree not to use FullPipeline.ai to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR; (c) collect or process personal data without appropriate legal basis; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform; (e) use the platform to compete with FullPipeline.ai; or (f) engage in any activity that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
FullPipeline.ai® retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, design, AI models, and proprietary workflows. You retain ownership of your data and any content you upload. You grant FullPipeline.ai® a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the platform's services. AI-generated outputs (sequences, campaigns, recommendations) produced using your data are owned by you, subject to the limitations of these Terms.
FullPipeline.ai®, FullPipeline®, FullPipeline OS®, Adam CRO, and related platform names, interface concepts, website copy, product simulations, visual assets, and operating system terminology are owned by or licensed to AJ Partners Holdings LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, imitate, reverse engineer, or commercially use these marks, assets, or platform concepts without written permission from AJ Partners Holdings LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FullPipeline.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FullPipeline.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily limits availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime. FullPipeline.ai is not liable for any damages resulting from service outages or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. You may close your account through account settings or by contacting hello@fullpipeline.ai. FullPipeline.ai may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
Your use of FullPipeline.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at fullpipeline.ai/privacy. By using the platform, you consent to data practices described in that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Orange County, Florida, as applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect, via email or platform notification. Continued use of FullPipeline.ai after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
