FullPipeline.ai collects information you provide directly — including your name, business email, company name, website, and any other details submitted through our forms, onboarding flows, or waitlist registration. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, session duration, and referring URLs. When you authenticate through our platform, we collect identity information via Supabase Authentication as part of the session lifecycle.
When you use FullPipeline.ai to manage sales automation, lead routing, or pipeline workflows, we process lead-level data on your behalf. This may include contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, deal values, and CRM activity. We act as a data processor for this information. You retain ownership and data controller responsibility for your pipeline data. We do not use your lead data to train general AI models or share it with other clients.
We use analytics technologies — including Google Analytics and platform-level telemetry — to understand how users interact with FullPipeline.ai. This helps us improve features, identify friction, and prioritize development. Analytics data is aggregated and associated with device and session identifiers, not necessarily your name. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via browser extensions or by adjusting your cookie preferences.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and, where applicable, advertising pixels (Meta Pixel) for remarketing and campaign performance measurement. You can manage cookie preferences via our Cookie Consent banner or your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using core platform features.
User authentication on FullPipeline.ai is powered by Supabase. When you log in, Supabase issues a secure JWT token that is stored in your browser session. Supabase handles credential storage and email verification. We do not store raw passwords. Supabase's infrastructure operates under its own security certifications including SOC 2 Type II. FullPipeline.ai integrates with third-party services including but not limited to: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics (usage tracking). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We select vendors who maintain commercially reasonable security practices, but we cannot guarantee the security of third-party systems beyond our control.
We may use Google Analytics to measure traffic, conversions, and user behavior on our platform. We may also deploy the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and retarget visitors on Meta platforms. Both tools use cookies to track users across sessions. Data collected by these tools is governed by Google's and Meta's respective privacy policies. You can opt out via your cookie preferences or by using browser-level privacy tools such as uBlock Origin or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you submit your email via our waitlist, early-access form, or account registration, we may send you transactional emails (confirmations, onboarding instructions), product updates, and relevant commercial communications. We use Resend as our email delivery provider. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us at hello@fullpipeline.ai.
We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure credential storage through Supabase, row-level security on database records, and restricted internal access controls. No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@fullpipeline.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Requests may be subject to identity verification.
We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Lead and pipeline data is retained according to your account settings. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of FullPipeline.ai after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
